To get started...
Click the login button at the top of the page. Next, click register, and complete the registration form. One of our reps will be in touch to pick up your sign panels and set up your account.
How do you bill?
We accept credit card payments when you place your order through our portal.

How do I get my signs to you?After your account has been set up you'll receive an email with options for getting your signs & riders to use for safe keeping. We can meet in the middle, come to your office, or you can ship new signs to our office if you'd like to make a fresh start.

What is your turnaround time?That's a great question! Most signs can be placed within (2) days after submitting an order made by 4pm. Some situations may require a bit more time but we'll be sure to let you know if there will be a delay. All signs have guaranteed placement within (4) days or we'll cover your cost! In the event you need an installation sooner, contact us ASAP, and we may be able to offer an expedited installation (expedited fee will be billed).

What is your coverage area?We proudly serve Wake, Durham, Chatham, and Orange counties. We'll be adding more counties soon!

What happens if a post is damaged or stolen from the property?We will gladly assist in quickly replacing the post at the property. If your sign/rider is stolen & we have additional signs in storage we can bring a replacement to put on the new post. If we don't have a backup available for you we can coordinate with you to get everything set back up ASAP.

What is a repair order?This can be when you'd like a rider change, you decide to add a solar light, or when you see something that needs our attention for actual repair. A solar light is busted, a post hook has broken, or anything else that we need to address.

Do I have to place orders on the website or a mobile app?You can place your order through the website or mobile app. Whatever is most convenient for you will be just fine with us. After your order is submitted you'll receive a confirmation to make sure everything looks good.

What if my listing is for land and doesn't have an address?No worries! Please email us directly and we can get everything set up manually on our end.

Can I schedule an appointment for my sign to be installed on a specific date?Yes! You'll need to plan ahead in order to use this option but it's an easy way to check pre-listing tasks off your list early. You need to place the order at least (3) days before you'd like the sign to be placed. A good way to build curiosity is to schedule the sign with a coming soon rider for the same day as the photos. Then you can schedule the rider change for the day after it goes live in the MLS.
